Snapkick Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Snapkick iOS app, published by Field Equation AS, Oslo, Norway.
The app
Snapkick is a reference application containing studio footage of taekwondo poomsae, filmed from multiple camera angles, with playback and study tools. It is provided for personal, non-commercial study.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snapkick on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the video content, or extract it from the app.
Purchases
Snapkick is free to download and includes one poomsae (Il Jang). Additional forms are available as one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases, processed by Apple. Purchases restore across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Content
The video footage, floor-pattern diagrams, and technique labels are the property of Field Equation AS or its licensors. Technique names appear in romanized Korean and English for reference and are not a certification of rank or curriculum.
No warranty
Snapkick is provided “as is,” as a study reference. It is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified taekwondo instructor. Always train within your ability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for injury or loss arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
