Snapkick Privacy Policy

Snapkick is developed and published by Field Equation AS, Oslo, Norway ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the Snapkick app for iOS and Android handles your information. In short: we do not collect any.

Information we collect

None. Snapkick does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or any personal information, and does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. Your use of the app is not logged by us.

Purchases

Snapkick offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional poomsae. These purchases are processed entirely by the store you downloaded the app from: Apple through the App Store, or Google through Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. The store's handling of your purchase is governed by its own privacy policy and terms. The store may share aggregate, non-identifying sales and download statistics with us; these do not identify you.

Data stored on your device

Your settings and your record of which packs you have purchased are stored on your device and in your own store account (your Apple Account or your Google account), managed by that store. This information stays with you; it is not transmitted to us.

The snapkick.app website

If you enter your email address in the launch-notification form on our website, we store that address and the time you submitted it, and we use it for one purpose: to send you a single email when Snapkick is released. We then delete the list. To be removed earlier, write to hello@snapkick.app. The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors.

Club codes

Some taekwondo clubs give their members Snapkick purchases for free through a page on snapkick.app. If you use such a page, we store the name you enter, your phone type (iPhone or Android), the store code you receive, and the time. Your browser keeps a random ID for the page, so that a second visit shows the same code instead of taking a new one. We keep these details until you ask us to delete them. We use this only to give each member one code and to stop the codes from being misused. Field Equation AS is the data controller, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest in handing out the codes fairly. Only we see this list. We do not share it with the club or anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing. To limit repeated attempts, we also keep a one-way coded form of your IP address for about one day. Children

Snapkick is suitable for all ages and does not collect data from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever begins collecting data, we will update this policy and the app's privacy information in the App Store and on Google Play before that change takes effect.
