Keumgang · 금강
Keumgang means 'diamond', that which is too strong to be broken, and names Mount Keumgang, the centre of the Korean national spirit. The form expresses immovable majesty and the spiritual strength to cut through life's distractions; its floor line traces 山 (mountain).
Keumgang is the second of the nine Yudanja forms, the black-belt curriculum of World Taekwondo. It follows Koryo and precedes Taebaek.
